The following is the schedule for the final competition of the year. This is the culmination of a season of hard work and dedication. It is imperative that we follow this schedule closely. Check before the day of the event to be sure that you have: black socks, your marching shoes and your theme t-shirt.

6:45AM Doors Open
7:00 AM Depart for ISU
9:15 AM Arrive at ISU
9:35 AM Get dressed and ready to head to warm-up
9:54 AM Depart for Warm Up/Ready
10:08 AM Physical Warm Up in Warm Up Area B 1
10:22 AM Music Warm Up in Warm Up Area B
10:50 AM Leave Warm Up/ to Gate
11:00 AM Ready at NW Gate
11:10 AM Perform “The Collective”
11:35 AM Group Photo
1:30 PM After performance, head to buses and change for awards and eat lunch (Boosters to provide) (DMs uniform off to eat, then back on for awards)
2:12 PM Awards for class 3A and 4A (we will know at this point if we are in finals)
2:30 PM Watch Bands
3:45 PM If we don’t make finals- depart for EG
6:00 PM approx.. arrival at EG If we make Finals:
4:45 PM Dinner 5:30 PM Back in the stadium to watch bands
6:16 PM ISU Performance and Finals Announcements
7:00 PM Finals Begin
10:44 PM Finals Awards
11:30 PM Depart for EG
1:30 AM Arrive at EG
Tickets: Tickets are $15.00 for all-day admission including finals. Children 5 and under are admitted free. No advance tickets sales. Admission wristbands are good for both prelims and finals. All seating is general admission. In the event of show cancellations due to inclement weather or other catastrophic event, admission is non-refundable. Volunteers/Boosters: Complimentary admission to the contest is NOT provided, wristbands may be purchased at the front gate
